Cosmos Theatre – General Terms & Conditions

Cosmos Theatre may conduct general video recording and live broadcasting within the venue as part of its promotional, marketing, and advertising activities. By attending the event, guests acknowledge and accept that general footage may be taken during the performance and that they may appear in these recordings, whether individually or as part of a group. In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, attendees’ consent to the recording of their images and grant the organizer the right to use these recordings freely without the need for further permission.

All prices include VAT.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the venue.

Pets are not permitted in the theatre.

Sound systems used during the event may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

Lighting effects used during the event may cause temporary visual sensitivity.

The use of professional recording equipment (e.g. video cameras, DSLRs) is strictly prohibited.

In accordance with Law No. 4207, smoking and the use of tobacco products are strictly forbidden in indoor areas. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave without a ticket refund.

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of discounted ticket sales.

The organizer also reserves the right to modify the event schedule if necessary.

Cosmos Theatre reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for health, safety, comfort, or venue order, with a full ticket refund.

The dress code at Cosmos Theatre is smart casual. Shorts, sportswear, clothing with offensive language or graphics, flip-flops, and swimwear are not permitted.

Seating arrangements and table layout may vary depending on the event.
