Entrance doors close 30 minutes before the start of the show. No access to the hall is allowed after the start of the show, ticket refund is not applicable.

According to the internal regulations, guestsare not allowed to take photos or record videos during the show.

Seating plan depends on the package chosen.
Seats are given randomly in accordance with the purchased ticket and seating zone chosen.

Children aged 6 and up are welcome.
We offer a special Children's menu for our young guests.
Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for preventing of any disturbance to the other guests.
Children between 6-12 years benefit from a 50% discount from the package prices.
Guests under the age of 18 are not admittedto the Club Cosmos.

Cosmos Theatre promotes a fine-dining atmosphere and the dress code is smart evening attire.
Shorts, sportswear,clothing with offensive graphics or language, flip-flops and pool attire are not allowed.
We kindly ask our guests to abide by this policy to create an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Unit prices are applied per unit regardless of the number of people. In case if the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, we encourage you to contact the reservation office.
