General Terms and Conditions

Cosmos Theatre may conduct general video recording and live broadcasting within the venue as part of its promotional, marketing, and advertising activities. By attending the event, guests acknowledge and accept that general footage may be taken during the performance and that they may appear in these recordings, either individually or as part of a group. In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, attendees hereby consent to the recording of their images and grant the organizer the right to use such recordings freely without the need for any further permission.

All prices include VAT.

Guests aged 12 and over may attend performances when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter The Sin.

Door opening times may vary depending on the event.

Bringing outside food and beverages into the venue is not permitted.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue. Guests may contact Luxy Pet Hotel to benefit from pet sitting services.

Sound systems used during the event may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

Lighting effects used during the event may cause temporary visual sensitivity.

The use of professional recording equipment (e.g. video cameras, DSLRs) is strictly prohibited.

In accordance with Law No. 4207, smoking and the use of tobacco products are strictly forbidden in indoor areas. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave without a ticket refund.

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of discounted ticket sales.

The organizer also reserves the right to modify the event schedule if necessary.

Cosmos Theatre reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for health, safety, comfort, or venue order, with a full ticket refund.

To preserve the fine dining atmosphere at Cosmos Theatre, the dress code is elegant evening attire. Shorts, sportswear, clothing featuring offensive graphics or language, flip-flops, and poolwear are not permitted.
