• Doors open at 20:00, Dinner service starts at 20.30, Show starts at 21:00.
• Our guests over the age of 8 can participate in the ANDY Show, but under the age of 18 are not accepted to the club.
• It is strongly recommended to be ready at the entrance with the ticket at least half an hour before the event start time.
• No guests will be allowed in the hall after the start of the show.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.

Ticket Cancellation Process

Full refund is applicable 15 days before the day of the event, %50 refund is applicable 14 to 7 days before the event and no refund can be issued 6-0 days before the concert.

In case of the organization cancellation, the full fee will be refunded.

Credit card commission is deducted from return fees.
