Event Terms and Conditions:

• -COSMOS THEATRE conducts general video recording and live broadcasting activities as part of its promotion, marketing, and advertising activities. Guests are aware that general footage is recorded at the venue, and their images may be captured during these recordings, whether or not they are part of the general audience. By attending the event, guests give permission and consent to the recording of their images in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846. Guests acknowledge that the organizer has the right to use these recordings freely without the need for additional permission.
• -Doors open at 19.30, and the concert starts at 20.00.
• -Full fixed menu service is not guaranteed for guests who enter after the food service begins.
• -A vegan menu option is available upon request.
• -Guests over the age of 8 can attend the concerts accompanied by their parents. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Club Cosmos night club.
• -It is not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside.
• -Pets are not allowed inside the venue.
• -Sound and lighting systems at the venue may cause temporary hearing and eye discomfort.
• -It is forbidden to bring professional audio and video equipment (video cameras or photo cameras) to the venue.
• -It is strongly recommended that guests be present at the venue entrance with their ticket at least 30 minutes before the event’s start time.
• -According to the Law No. 4207, smoking and the use of tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes, are strictly prohibited inside the indoor areas of the COSMOS THEATRE. Guests violating this rule will be removed from the venue without a ticket refund.
• -The organizer reserves the right to change the terms for purchasing discounted tickets.
• -The organizer reserves the right to change the event time.
• -In order to ensure the health and safety of guests, as well as the smooth operation of the venue, COSMOS THEATRE reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed inappropriate for the event, providing them with a ticket refund.
• -The dress code for experiencing the fine dining atmosphere at COSMOS THEATRE is elegant evening wear. Shorts, sportswear, clothing with offensive graphics or language, flip-flops, and pool suits are prohibited.

Ticket Cancellation Process

Full refund is applicable 15 days before the day of the concert, %50 refund is applicable 14 to 7 days before the concert and no refund can be issued 6-0 days before the concert.

In case of the organization cancellation, the full fee will be refunded.

Credit card commission is deducted from return fees.
