Event Terms and Conditions

- Cosmos Theatre conducts general video recording and live broadcasting activities as a part of its promotion, marketing, and advertising activities. Guests are aware that general footage is recorded at the venue, and their images may be captured during these recordings, whether or not they are part of the general audience. By attending the event, guests give permission and consent to the recording of their images in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846. Guests acknowledge that the organizer has the right to use these recordings freely without the need for special permission.

- VAT is included in the price.

- Doors open - 19:30; event start time - 21:15.

- Full fix menu service is not guaranteed for the guests, who enter the venue after the food service begins.

- Vegan menu option is available upon request.

-Guests over the age of 6 can attend the concerts accompanied by their parents. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to the Cosmos Club night club.

- It is not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside.

- Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

- Sound systems at the venue may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

- Light patterns at the venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.

- It is forbidden to bring professional audio and video equipment (video or photo camera) to the venue.

- It is strongly recommended to be present at the venue entrance with the ticket at least 30 minutes before the event’s start time.

- According to the Law No. 4207, smoking and use of tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes, are strictly prohibited inside the indoor areas of the Cosmos Theatre. Guests violating this rule will be taken out of the venue without ticket refund.

- The organizer reserves the right to change the terms for discounted tickets purchase.

- In order to ensure the health and safety of guests, as well as the internal operations of the venue, Cosmos Theatre has a right to refuse entry to individuals, providing them with the ticket refund.

- The dress code for the fine dining atmosphere at the Cosmos Theatre is elegant evening wear. Shorts, sportswear, clothing with offensive graphics or language, flip-flops and pool suits are prohibited.
