Cosmos Theatre – General Rules and Conditions

Cosmos Theatre may carry out general video recording and live broadcasting within the venue for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. The attendee acknowledges that general recordings are being made in the event area and that they may appear in these recordings, either within the audience or separately. The attendee accepts this situation and, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, declares that they grant permission for their image to be recorded and used freely by the organizer without any additional consent.

The performance is not suitable for viewers under the age of 14.

Bringing food and beverages from outside into the hall is strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

Sound systems used during the event may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

Lighting systems may cause temporary visual disturbances.

It is strictly forbidden to enter the hall with professional audio or visual recording equipment (such as video cameras or photo cameras).

In accordance with Law No. 4207, smoking and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Cosmos Theatre. Guests who violate this rule will be escorted out of the event area without prior warning, and no ticket refunds will be provided.

The organizer reserves the right to modify discounted ticket sales conditions.

Cosmos Theatre reserves the right to deny entry to any person it deems inappropriate for reasons such as health, safety, comfort, or venue order. In such cases, the ticket fee will be refunded.

The dress code at Cosmos Theatre is smart casual. Shorts, sportswear, clothing with offensive text or graphics, flip-flops, and swimwear are not permitted.
