Event Terms and Conditions

• Our guests over the age of 12 can attend the concerts accompanied by their parents, but under the age of 18 are not accepted to the club.
• Doors open promptly at 20:00, no late seating.
• Table layout is organized in accordance with the purchased zone, priority is set in order of reservation.
• Available tables seat two-six people. If you are a small group, you may be seated with others.
• Host organization has the right to refuse admission to individuals based on their presentation to the event venue. Refunds will be issued in cases of refused admission.
• Guests staying at Kilit Hospitality Group facilities will receive a special 10% discount on packages and extras.

Ticket Cancellation Process

Full refund is applicable 15 days before the day of the concert, %50 refund is applicable 14 to 7 days before the concert and no refund can be issued 6-0 days before the concert.

In case of the organization cancellation, the full fee will be refunded.

Credit card commission is deducted from return fees.
