Event Terms and Conditions

* Our guests over the age of 12 can attend the concerts accompanied by their parents, but under the age of 18 are not accepted to the club.

* Concert starting time is provided above. Door opening: 20:00

* Basing on the order of bookings, the table layout is organized in accordance with the booked zone.

* Tables are set for 2-6 persons. Depending on the number of purchased tickets, there is a possibility that you may share a table with other guests. 

*Host organization has the right to refuse admission to individuals based on their presentation to the event venue. Refunds will be issued in cases of refused admission.

*According to Law No. 5727, smoking and tobacco use, including electronic cigarettes, are prohibited inside the venue.

*In accordance with food safety and hygiene rules, it is not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside.

*If group ticket reservations are made under a single name and contact information, guests should check in at the same time. In case if guests with group reservation check in at separate times, each guest is obliged to show a ticket at entrance.
