The event ticket does not include food and beverage services.

There is no food and beverage service available during the concert for Zone 1 - Zone 2 categories. Guests in these zones can enjoy paid self-service beverage including domestic and international options at the Cosmopolitan Bar during the concert.

Food and beverage service, including domestic and international options, is provided in Zone 3-4-5 and 6 for an additional fee, based on the menus of Cosmopolitan Bar and Lobster Club.

Event Terms and Conditions

- Doors open - 21:00; event start time - 22:00.

- Vegan menu option is available upon request.

-Guests over the age of 12 can attend the concerts accompanied by their parents. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to the Cosmos Club night club.

- It is not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside. 

- Pets are not allowed inside the venue.

- Sound systems at the venue may cause temporary hearing discomfort.

- Light patterns at the venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.

- It is forbidden to bring professional audio and video equipment (video or photo camera) to the venue. 

- It is strongly recommended to be present at the venue entrance with the ticket at least 30 minutes before the event’s start time.

- According to the Law No. 4207, smoking and use of tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes, are strictly prohibited inside the indoor areas of the Cosmos Theatre. Guests violating this rule will be taken out of the venue without ticket refund.

- The organizer reserves the right to change the terms for discounted tickets purchase.

- In order to ensure the health and safety of guests, as well as the internal operations of the venue, Cosmos Theatre has a right to refuse entry to individuals, providing them with the ticket refund. 

- The dress code for the fine dining atmosphere at the Cosmos Theatre is elegant evening wear. Shorts, sportswear, clothing with offensive graphics or language, flip-flops and pool suits are prohibited.

Ticket Cancellation Process

Full refund is applicable 15 days before the day of the concert, %50 refund is applicable 14 to 7 days before the concert and no refund can be issued 6-0 days before the concert.

In case of the organization cancellation, the full fee will be refunded.

Credit card commission is deducted from return fees.
